Several Years ago, I had a very powerful dream. 

In my dream I was with a spiritual father of mine named Lou Engle.   He and I were out to eat and talking about dreams.  I was sharing how Kelly and I wrote a workbook called ‘Becoming an Unapologetic Dreamer’.   After our discussion I went to pay the bill and the young woman working the cash register knew who both Lou and I were.  She said, “I have been impacted so often by your dreams.”

At that point in the dream I invited her to join my online ‘Unapologetic Dreamers bootcamp.’  She excitedly said yes and then told me she had also been attending school at ‘Seers University’.   When I heard that in the dream, I had revelation that I had helped start that school.  (In real life- I had never even heard of anything such as the ‘Seers University’).

Immediately in the dream, Lou walked up to the young woman and I, and said, “Let me tell you the secret key to being an unapologetic dreamer.”  —We were anxiously anticipating his next statement! Then with a huge smile on his face, Lou said, “the secret key is - I CHASE RAINBOWS IN MY DREAMS.”

Immediately the scene of the dream switched and now the young woman and I, along with a few other younger spiritual sons and daughters of Lou were gathered quietly in his bedroom just watching him sleep.

In my dream as we all watched him sleep, we could see him twitching, his body jerking, and heard him slightly groaning.  At that moment one of the young men in the room looked at us and said, “Look!…You can see Lou reaching for the rainbows in His dreams.”   And then the dream ended.

As I have sought the Lord about direction for Strike Force 2026, it was this dream that the Holy Spirit rushed back to my mind.  I couldn’t shake it, and knew God was saying its time to raise up a ‘SEER ACADEMY’- literally a school of prophets- an army of seers!

In Genesis 9, it says the rainbow is the sign of covenant. The rainbow as a symbol then, prophetically connects to the ‘new covenant in the blood of Christ.’  What the new covenant affords us is a resounding ‘YES’ to all of God’s promises!

To see Lou ‘chasing rainbows’ in his dreams, is a powerful revelation that dreams/ visions / and the seer anointing, can open doorways in Christ to lay hold of God’s covenantal promises.

In other words, what we see is meant to awaken faith.  Revelatory Vision, seeds the desire to conceive the things we see!

SEER ACADEMY can’t come at a more important time in our history.  God has so much in store for the body of Christ, and for the nations of the Earth!  We must begin to SEE what He is calling us to reach for in faith!  Treasuries of promises,  breakthroughs, and blessings, have been made available but they must be discovered, contended for, and obtained!  Seer Academy is designed to activate us for this very thing!

To be honest I believe STRIKE FORCE 2026 - SEER ACADEMY may change people’s lives forever!   I don’t want to do it otherwise!
